Chur, the staff were super friendly and helpful, but the room felt a bit dated and the shower plumbing could be improved. I had a great view from my balcony!

Boring monotonous breakfasts.

I had functional standard queen room with terible view as well as twin beds left. The breakfasts were delicious with water available 24 hours and ham, for example, couldn't ask for anything better. The hotel was in an excellent location, in a cab or tram to Grand Place. The service was good.

The common areas felt a bit cramped and tired, lacking proper cleanliness in some spots. My room had significant maintenance issues, including a lack of proper lighting in the bathroom, and water couldn't escape the shower without spraying everywhere. There were also noticeable signs of wear and tear, like scratched doors and sticky light switches. The breakfast room situation wasn't ideal. It could get overcrowded.

Comfortable and spacious rooms with excellent amenities.
I was disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. The room showed significant age, including stained carpets and a lack of proper maintenance. I faced issues with broken fixtures, which detracted from my stay.

Exploring Brussels 🎉
Room was massive and the bed was lekker! Super close to the metro and loads of shops nearby. Staff were sharp-sharp and even had free pastries at reception, nice touch!
The bathroom had a bit of an outdated vibe, could do with a spruce up.

The hotel offers large, spacious rooms which are among the biggest I've seen in western Europe. The comfortable beds and balconies provide good views over Brussels. The kind staff and practical amenities like a 24-hour front desk and a computer station add to the convenience .
Some common areas and furnishings appear outdated and could benefit from improvements.

Very, very good breakfast and included in the price.
Parking was full and was hard to find the place around, so definitely not a car-friendly place. Staff was kind of arrogant, not all, but some.
